About Save Tree Foundation
Save Tree Foundation is a non-political, non-profit, voluntary, and environmentally focused public welfare organization dedicated to the conservation and sustainable management of natural resources. Rooted in the belief that lasting environmental change begins at the grassroots level, the foundation works across various districts in Bangladesh to promote ecological awareness and action—particularly among youth and children.
History & Origin
Our journey began with a simple yet powerful act. On January 22, 2021, Tarif Mostafiz, inspired by a shared vision with her elder brother Asif Mostafiz and encouraged by supportive friends and family, planted over 17 trees on the rooftop of her home alongside her father. This small beginning marked the birth of the Save Tree Foundation, driven by the belief that change starts at home and spreads through community action.
